Never write a check or make a debit card purchase that exceeds your checking account balance, or you’ll overdraw your account. If you do, you may owe overdraft fees to F&M Bank and the bank that attempts to process the transaction. To avoid overdrafts, keep track of your checking account balance regularly.

Access the “Forgot Password” link on the log in page.

Enter your Username, last 4 digits of Social Security Number and Email address (required).

A temporary password will be sent to the email address on file, and it will only be valid for 30 minutes.

If you do not receive your password within five minutes, if you have exceeded your logon on attempts (three attempts and you are locked out), or if you do not have the required information, please contact Customer Care at 419-446-4817.

F&M requires strong passwords to protect your account information.  You will need to choose a password that is 8 to 17 characters in length.  Passwords must include at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

Never share your password with another person. For your protection, we encourage you to change your online banking password every 90 days. Do not use numbers that are easily associated with you, such as your telephone number, address, or birth date as your password.

If you store banking data on your computer or mobile devices, make sure these devices are password protected. If your computer or phone is ever lost or stolen, it will make it that much more difficult for would-be thieves to access your data.
You need to be enrolled in F&M Online Banking. Use the same password as the one you use to log in to F&M Online Banking. Note: If you change that password, your Mobile Banking app password will change as well. Need to cash checks? Wire funds? Meet with a mortgage lender? We’re at your service weekdays and Saturdays, except for bank holidays. Check locations for hours.
The cut-off time for electronic deposit is 4:00 PM ET on any business day (Monday–Friday, excluding state or federal holidays). Note: This daily cut-off time is subject to change without notice.

You can make Mobile Deposits any time of day or night, weekends or holidays. However, electronic deposits we receive after the daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day, provided they meet all requirements for acceptance and successful processing. Deposits submitted on holidays or weekends will also be processed the next business day and subject to the same requirements.
